Zeal Cleaning began in 1989 when Lucy and Hernando Dederle started cleaning houses in Singer Island, FL, pursuing their American Dream. Over the years, they grew a successful janitorial business through hard work and resilience, even navigating challenges like the 2008 recession. In 2012, their son Giovanny took over the family business, inspired by his parents’ entrepreneurial spirit. Joined by his wife, Maria, they rebranded the company in 2018 as Zeal Cleaning Inc., transforming it into a second-generation, family-owned business built on faith, dedication, and a commitment to excellence.
